Our company is the result of an exceptional passion for haute cuisine and fine wines which developed over the years at the Enoteca La Torre restaurant, with whom we share our name.
We have been receiving recognition from important guidebooks for a long time now: winners of the “2 forks” in the “Ristoranti d’Italia del Gambero Rosso” guidebook and nominated as one of the top three most important wine cellars in Italy in the “Duemilavini” guidebook.

From our long experience in the restaurant sector we have started up our catering and banqueting branch.
We are very attached to products and raw materials from the Tuscia area, so, together with chef Fulvio Pagliaccia we offer creative dishes which are variations of ancient recipes; a search for innovation through tradition.

We offer a menu which is “tailor made” based on our clients’ requests and which varies according to the seasons and product availability.
We also offer a wine list which pays due attention to value for money.

Our business promotes quality of life by focusing on eating good food and selecting the right place for those special moments.
